These changes come as no surprise as the country has been easing visa rules for quite some time. All of such developments are closely related to the Saudi Vision 2030, which aims to open the country to more and more people and make it easy for everyone to visit the country. As of October 2025, a Muslim having one of the following types of visa can perform Umrah without any restrictions.
